Head of Energy & Structured Finance
Responsible for financial engineering. Manages hedging strategies, and the structuring of complex products to optimize margins and mitigate risks. Monitors spreads on GME and OTC markets daily to ensure best execution.
Head of Technical Advisory
Senior Engineer with EGE (Energy Management Expert) certification. Does not manage the construction site but validates those who do. Supervises technical due diligence of projects, selects EPC partners, and ensures every intervention meets the strict GSE parameters for obtaining titles.
Legal & Compliance Counsel
Specialist in energy law and financial regulation. Ensures that every operation, especially trading and complex contracting, is perfectly compliant with ARERA and TUF regulations.
